See, now that you hear it, it can make sense would not it? Ryden has extended been a Pop Surrealism king, and his fashion lends itself to reimagining icons and pop-lifestyle. His major-eyed woman suits aptly with the Barbie model, and this capsule characteristics a sequence of Barbie dolls and accessories made by the Portland-centered painter.
In addition to the fall on November 18th, there will be a pop-up exhibition of Ryden’s artwork, Pink Pop, put on by Kasmin Gallery x Mattel Creations, in Los Angeles.
From Mattel Creations: “Remaining accurate to Ryden’s bespoke artwork frames and presentation design, the packaging for each and every doll is a function of art. Integrating the storytelling in the paintings, doll style, and graphics, the packaging aspects abound. These consist of embossed logos, metallic foils, and bold shades, which have the graphics across the base of the packing containers.
